Screw Elements
Screw elements are the wearing parts in a twin screw plastic extruder machine, which are made of high quality W6Mo5Cr4V2 and 38CrMoAIA after quenching. This means, Jinwo Machinery screw elements have a longer lifetime.
Core Shaft
Jinwo Machinery core shaft is made of high strength alloy steel 40CrNiMoA material, specially treated and used in the form of involute spline. Through the first-class heat treatment process, the hardness range of the mandrel can be controlled between HB320-350 according to the different torque requirements of customers.
Barrel
All the barrels are completed with CNC machining center to ensure the quality and accuracy. According to the design shape, Jinwo machinery can provide closed barrel, combined barrel with side feeding port, barrel with exhaust port, etc.
