Color masterbatch selects the corresponding toner or color paste according to the color, and adds carriers, additives, etc.According to the color required by the customer, the main pigments include cadmium red, cadmium yellow, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, etc. Due to the high cost of some pigments, some fillers such as calcium carbonate will be added.

b. White masterbatch

White masterbatch is mainly composed of titanium dioxide, carriers and additives. Since the content of white masterbatch is generally high, the general processing method is similar to that of high-concentration filled masterbatch: raw material weighing-internal mixer-elevator-conical twin screw feeder- co-rotating twin screw extruder-air cooling die face pelletizing system-vibrating screen–silo.

c. Black masterbatch

Black masterbatch is a color masterbatch raw material, which produced with carbon black, carrier and additives by mixing, extruding and other processes. Because carbon black powder is fluffy, has a light specific gravity, and is swollen and difficult to clean, black masterbatch is generally processed by the following method: raw material weighing–proportion– internal mixer–elevator—conical twin screw feeder–twin-screw extruder –water ring/water cooling strand pelletizing system–vibrating screen—silo.
