Underwater Pelletizing System
Underwater pelletizing system is suitable for the production of new materials such as TPU, TPE, hot melt adhesive, PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PET, PMMA and Color mixing pelletizing. Underwater pelletizers operate by extruding molten plastic through a die plate into an underwater chamber. As the plastic enters the chamber, it is cooled and solidified, forming cylindrical strands. The strands are then cut into uniform pellets using an underwater cutter.
